Kristina Sawdy is the Founder of Vaughan Executive Partners 

and brings over 17 years of experience in executive recruitment, talent strategy, and organizational leadership. Known for her strategic and efficient approach, Kristina partners with companies across multiple industries to deliver impactful hiring solutions and leadership development strategies that drive results.

In addition to her work in executive search, Kristina has held leadership roles as both a Head of Talent Acquisition and Global Head of HR, providing her with a unique, dual perspective on recruitment from both corporate and agency sides. This comprehensive experience enables her to understand and serve the needs of clients and candidates with clarity, precision, and speed.
